I logged into FollowUp For Mail, but nothing happened. What should I do?
You want to make sure Third party cookies and site data are not being blocked by the browser.
Open Chrome preferences click on Settings, then Show Advanced Settings. You can also type in chrome://settings to take you to the same spot.
This should be your settings when you open them:
Then scroll all the way down and click Show Advanced Settings:
Under Privacy and security, click on Content Settings.
Click on Cookies:
Make sure "Block third-party cookies" is not checked"
If you needed to uncheck this box - make sure you refresh your Gmail before attempting to log back in again.
