How to integrate FollowUp with Salesforce?
Please go to ‘Settings’.
You will be prompted to Login to Salesforce and grant FollowUp.cc authorization to interact with your Salesforce account.
You will be redirected back to FollowUp.cc.
How to store data in Salesforce?
FollowUp.cc automatically handles entering Salesforce data on your behalf. After a reminder email is created, we store the following information in Salesforce:
All recipients of the reminder email get automatically stored into Salesforce as “Contacts and Leads”.
The reminder gets stored as a task in Salesforce with an activity date of ‘when the reminder is due’, a description of ‘the body of the reminder’ and a status of ‘in progress’.
All of these options are configurable inside of FollowUp.cc.
