If you chose to leave us we are sad to see you go - but understand the need to remove us from your Chrome browser. 

Do not confuse our app with traditional software as you will not find in your list of applications. We live in your Chrome Browser Extensions. 

Type chrome://extensions in your browser to take you to your Chrome Extensions Menu: 

From there, you can scroll to FollowUp.cc and click the Trash Can icon that is to the right of the information about the app. You can also uncheck the box that says enable to not un-install it but still remove it from your Gmail as well. 

Once you disable the extension or remove it completely, your Gmail should reflect how it was without FollowUp.cc installed. If we are still showing up, simply refresh your Gmail and you should be all set.
